All Parts And Components
Obviously it couldn’t be a DIY kit without including all the parts and components. You receive every part, cable, and connector needed to build your PC.
A. It really depends on the specific PC you ordered. I ordered an Anthem with a 3080 and it took me 45 days. That was also at the peak component shortage where they were quoting 30 - 45 days. My friend ordered an Omega and it arrived in 6 days. It really comes down to what you ordered and how their supply is looking at the time. I think they show the estimated processing near the Add to Cart button for all their PCs. For more detail, see our Estimated Processing tab.

Q. Is the PC upgradable?
A. Yes, all of their PCs are upgradable. I bought the Carbon around a year ago and sense then have upgrade my RAM and GPU. Its a very easy system to upgrade

Q. What if the PC arrives broken?
A. If your PC arrives broken they’ll send you a new one for free. I got my PC on 11/17/21 and it appeared to be broken from shipping and wouldnt display. I called them and they sent me a label to return that one and sent me a brand new PC for free. They even included an upgrade in mine. I dont know if they always include upgrades for replacements but they did with mine.

Q. Does this PC come with a WiFi?
A. The PC doesnt come with wifi but you can add wifi to your order on the upgrades tab. I ordered the mid level wifi adapter and it works perfect for me! My ping is always really low when gaming and my router is a few rooms over.

Q. What all comes with the computer?
A. I ordered the Venom PC and it came with a bag filled with some misc stuff like a power cord, user manuals for motherboard and PSU, extra cables, and other stuff that looked like it was extras from when they are building the PC. I assume they include that incase you want to do any upgrades yourself in the future. You will need to get a video cable like an HDMI or Displayport cable. Usually your monitor comes with that.

Q. What if I want to cancel my order?
A. At one point I called to cancel my order so I know all the details. Pretty much you have until the PC ships to cancel your order for a full refund. I ended up keeping my order and am very glad I did. It arrived 5 days later and was super good quality. Definitely worth the wait.
We back all of the manufacturer warranties for each component in your build kit. These manufacturer warranties usually range from 1-5 years depending on the component. That means that if any of your parts have issues you can contact the manufacturer directly and they will replace it for you for completely free.
*Note – There may be some parts that do not have manufacturer warranties. You will always be covered by our "safe delivery guarantee" which covers you against defects on arrival.
RETURNS
While we fully replace any damaged items, we do not offer refunds on build kits. Because the computer is being built and assembled by the customer we cannot guarantee the safety of the part handling and thus can not provide refunds once a build kit has begun being assembled.
If you have any issues at any point one of our techs will always walk you through the process. We can also help you initiate an RMA through the manufacturer for any defective parts in the future.
If the manufacturer includes any warranties, those are included with the parts in your build kit. That way if you have any issues you can initiate an RMA with the manufacturer and get a brand new part sent straight to you. Most manufacturer warranties range from 1-5 years. We also ensure safe delivery of all your components. So if you receive anything damaged we will replace it for free!

Returns
If you don’t like your PC you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund. (Customer pays return shipping for refunds)
