What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order please visit the “check status” page. This will give you an estimated shipping date and track your PC through the process.

How long does processing usually take?

The processing averages between 14 – 21 days. Some systems can take longer (such as RTX 30 series systems). You can check the processing of an order by going to the “check status” page accessed via the button on the top right of the site or in your account page.

Can I return a PC if I don’t like it?

Yes. Every prebuilt and custom PC is eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of delivery. If you want to return a PC fill out the RMA form on the bottom of this page and a return manager will reachout! To see more on our return policy checkout our terms and conditions.

What if my PC has a problem?

If you get your PC and something is not functioning properly fill out a tech support form below with your issue or give us a call. A tech will be able to diagnose exactly whats wrong and usually fix the issues over the phone. If the issue is more serious we will either repair or replace the whole PC for completely free!

What is the best way to get in contact with us

It depends on the reason. If you need to send your PC back for a repair or refund the best way to get help is to fill out the RMA form on the bottom of this page. If you are having any technical issues fill out the tech support form on the bottom of the page. If you have any other questions give us a call!

Can I buy your PCs on Amazon?

We don’t currently sell on Amazon. The % fee Amazon takes would cause us to have to raise the prices of any amazon listed PCs. We want to keep the prices as low as possible for our customers so we choose to skip the middleman and sell directly on our site

How long is the warranty?

Every LYTE PC comes with a 6 month warranty standard. On top of the 6 month warranty many of the parts in your computer also include manufacturer warranties. For example, nearly all of our power supplies include a 3 year warranty. That means even if you are out of our 6 month warranty many of your components will be covered for an additional 2 – 5 years!

Do the PCs come with WiFi or Bluetooth

Our PCs do not come with WiFi or Bluetooth (unless the motherboard you select on the custom tab has it included). If you need WiFi you can add this on checkout via a checkbox on the bottom of the address page. You can also use any USB WiFi or bluetooth adapter with this PC. You do not need to buy one from us!

Does the PC come with windows 10? Does it come activated?

All of our PCs come with Windows 10 Home preinstalled. We do not include windows activation keys with our PCs (unless selected on the custom tab). We allow our customers to determine if this is something they want to buy. If you need a windows key there are sites that offer very low cost activation keys. This article provides more info.
