If your PC arrives broken just give us a call. We will have a tech reach out and diagnose the issue. 85% of the time the tech can fix your issue over the phone without needing to send it back. If the tech cant fix it over the phone we will have the PC sent back and completely repair or replace it for you for free. We even cover shipping!

It is pretty rare to get incorrect parts at this time. We have a new quality control manager that physically inspects every PC before shipment. If somehow you do get the wrong parts just give us a call and we will ship the correct parts to you for free and walk you through install. If youre not comfortable with this we can have the PC sent back and the accurate PC shipped to you. We will even cover all shipping

Yes you can! On checkout there is an option to add insurance to your order. Insurance ensures that even if your PC is damaged in shipping you can send it back for a full refund. Refunds without insurance will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Regardless of insurance if your item arrives broken or inaccurate in any way we will fix or replace the entire PC for free (we even cover shipping). Insurance simply allows a full cash refund, no questions asked.

When we first started years ago we would offer some builds with refurbished parts. These builds would be marked as last gen and any parts refurbished were marked accordingly. Currently all of our PCs include parts from genuine distributors and most have very long manufacturer warranties on top of the warranty we provide.

Every LYTE PC comes with a 6 month full warranty. That means we will cover any defects for the entirety of your first 6 months of ownership.On top of the 6 month warranty many of the parts in your computer also include manufacturer warranties. For example, nearly all of our power supplies include a 3 year warranty. That means even if you are out of our 6 month warranty many of your components will still be covered! In the end, our goal is to make buying and owning a PC as easy as possible.

It depends on what PC you order. If you order a standard price prebuilt (not market price) or a custom PC it can range from 30 – 60 days depending on the parts you order and what’s in stock.

If you order one of our Market price PCs or choose to have your PC shipped without the GPU it will ship in 5 business days! If you choose one of our instant ship PCs it will ship the same day you ordered! These are all things we are doing to try and combat the component shortage and give you different options to get a really good PC very quickly!

If you get anything that is broken, inaccurate, or used we will replace the part or the entire PC for you completely free. We will even send the replacement part/PC to you first. Only once that new item arrives do you have to send back the broken part/PC. That way you have no down time. We also cover shipping both ways!

With the component shortage some orders can take awhile to ship. There are a few ways you can have it shipped faster. First, you can choose to have the PC shipped immediately without the GPU. Otherwise you can give us a call ask what GPUs we have in stock we can swap you out to. If you have an older order we can almost always offer some other GPUs to you that will allow us to ship your PC right away. Regardless, if you have any crazy delays give us a call and we can work with you directly to find a way to ship your PC!

If your PC arrives broken or damaged in any way we will replace the entire PC for free (we will even cover all the shipping). We will also send you a replacement PC immediately before having you send back the damaged PC. That way your replacement arrives as fast as possible. Once that replacement PC arrives we will have you ship back the original PC. Again, we cover the shipping costs for all of this.

The average time for a replacement PC to be delivered is around 5 business days. So if you have any issues you will on average receive a replacement within 5 days!
