How long does processing take with the component shortage

Answer: We aim to keep the processing time between 30 – 45 days. For some builds the processing will be faster than this. For other builds (especially those with 30 series cards) it can be longer than that timeframe. Once your PC has been build (aside from the GPU) you can use the check status feature on our site to see your exact waiting position in the GPU queue

Does the specific GPU I order affect the processing time

Answer: Yes. Some GPUs are more easily accessible than others. Once you place your order you can use the check status feature to see your PCs progress. Once the system has been built (aside from the GPU) you can track your GPU waiting position. e

If I order my PC how can I get it faster

Answer: There are a couple ways to get your PC faster. The quickest option is to choose to have your PC shipped without the GPU. If you do this we will refund what you paid us for the GPU and can have your PC shipped within 5 business days. The other option is to have your PC shipped without the GPU and retain your GPU waiting position. Then as soon as your GPU becomes available we will ship it to you. Can I have my PC shipped right away without the GPU then have the GPU shipped once it comes in stock

Answer: Yes! That is a new feature we are offering. You can have the PC shipped to you without the GPU and retain your GPU waiting position. As soon as your GPU becomes available we will ship it to you!

Can I cancel my order

Answer: Yes. You can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 3 days. After that we begin building and assembling your PC. Once it is built it goes to a waiting shelf for the GPU arrival. If you cancel after the initial 3 days there is a 7% cancelation fee. This is due to the fact that we have to take the already built PC, take everything apart, repackage it, and check everything back in inventory. If at any point your want the PC fast there are a number of ways listed above to have your PC shipped immediately.

If I get my PC and dont like it can I send it back for a refund

Answer: Yes you can. We recommended selecting insurance on checkout. This ensures that even if your PC is damaged in shipping you can send it back for a full refund. Refunds without insurance will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Regardless of insurance if your item arrives broken or inaccurate in any way we will fix or replace the entire PC for free (we even cover shipping). Insurance simply allows a full cash refund, no questions asked.

What happens if I get my PC and it has problems

Answer: If you receive a PC with any issues we start by connecting you with a tech over the phone. Our techs can fix 85% of issues without you needing to send the PC back. If the tech can not fix the issues over the phone we will fix or replace the PC for completely free. We even cover shipping!

If I have to send my PC back for repairs how long will it take to get back

Answer: The average turnaround time for repair PCS is between 2 – 5 business days.
